These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Minhaj Academy website and online education services. By creating an account or enrolling your child in any of our classes, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
Minhaj is an online education platform owned and operated by GainWells Global Sdn. Bhd., a company registered in Malaysia. By using this website or purchasing any service through Minhaj, you agree to transact with GainWells Global Sdn. Bhd. as the legal service provider.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our platform.
Minhaj Academy reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on our website. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Our services are designed for children aged 5 to 18. All accounts must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years of age.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or engage in conduct harmful to other users or our tutors.
Minhaj Academy provides live, small-group online classes in the following subjects:
Classes are delivered by qualified, ijaza-holding tutors via video conferencing. Class schedules, group sizes, and curricula are set by Minhaj Academy and are subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes to class structure or scheduling.
We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes. Progress depends on the student's attendance, engagement, and effort.

Booking a free trial does not constitute enrolment and does not obligate you to purchase a subscription.
Our current pricing is as follows:

Prices are listed in US dollars. Local currency equivalents may apply depending on your country of residence. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.
Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date of initial enrollment. Payment is collected automatically via our third-party payment processor. By enrolling, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
If a payment fails, we will notify you by email and attempt to process the charge again within 5 business days. If the payment remains unsuccessful, access to classes may be suspended until the outstanding balance is settled.
We reserve the right to adjust our pricing. We will provide a minimum of 30 days written notice before any price change takes effect. Your continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@minhaj.kids or through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to classes until that date.
We do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods. Refund requests arising from exceptional circumstances (such as extended illness or technical failure on our part) will be assessed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
No payment is taken for the free trial, so no refund applies.
If a tutor cancels a class with less than 24 hours notice, we will offer a replacement class at no additional cost or a pro-rated credit to your account.
If you need to reschedule a class, please provide at least 24 hours notice via your account dashboard or by contacting support. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a replacement session, subject to availability.
Missed classes without notice are not eligible for refunds or replacement sessions.
All students and parents or guardians are expected to uphold the values of respect, integrity, and good character that form the foundation of Islamic education.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate enrolment without refund if a student or parent repeatedly violates this code of conduct.
The safety and wellbeing of every child on our platform is our highest priority.
We operate in full compliance with child protection legislation applicable across our operating markets, including the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Ireland.
All content on the Minhaj Academy platform, including but not limited to class materials, curriculum documents, recordings, graphics, and text, is the intellectual property of Minhaj Academy or our licensed content providers.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use platform content solely for your child's personal educational use. You may not:
We aim to provide a reliable and consistent service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect availability.
In the event of a significant service disruption affecting your enrolled classes, we will offer replacement sessions or account credit as appropriate.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Minhaj Academy shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. If you are located in another jurisdiction, local consumer protection laws may also apply and will not be overridden by these Terms.
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us in the first instance at support@minhaj.kids so that we can resolve the matter directly. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, unless local law requires otherwise.
Our platform integrates third-party tools for video conferencing and payment processing. Your use of those tools is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Minhaj Academy regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior communications or agreements.
