Every topic — aqeedah, seerah, fiqh basics, and akhlaq — is taught through the lens of a child navigating a non-Muslim majority society. The seerah of the Prophet ﷺ is not taught as ancient history. Weekend mosque school serves an important community role but typically delivers Islamic education in large classes, with curricula designed for a different cultural context, and without the consistency needed for deep understanding.
