This Refund Policy applies to all paid services purchased through the Minhaj Academy platform, operated by GainWells Global Sdn. Bhd., a company registered in Malaysia. By purchasing any subscription or class package, you agree to the terms set out below.
We are committed to being fair and transparent. If you are not satisfied with your experience, we encourage you to contact us before requesting a refund so we can resolve the issue directly.
All new students are offered a complimentary trial class before any payment is required. No charge is applied during the trial period, so no refund is applicable for the trial class itself.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to your classes until the period you have paid for expires.

Refunds are not issued in the following circumstances:
If your child misses a scheduled class, we offer one make-up session per month at no additional charge, subject to tutor availability. Missed classes are not refunded in cash.
If a tutor cancels a class with less than 24 hours' notice and no replacement is arranged, the session will be credited to your account for rescheduling.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
GainWells Global Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
