Data Deletion Instructions
Minhaj Kids
How to request deletion
Email info@minhaj.kids from the address you registered with, with the subject line Delete my data.
If you have only ever contacted us on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook Messenger and we have no email address for you, send the same request as a message on that channel. Please include the phone number or account name you wrote to us from, so we can find the right records.
You do not need an account with us to make this request, and there is no charge.
What gets deleted
On request we erase:
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- Trial class bookings and any form you started but did not finish.
- Messages exchanged with us on WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Messenger, including anything we received from Meta about your account, such as your display name or username.
- Emails we sent you, and our record of whether they arrived.
- Notes and tags our team added about you.
What we may have to keep
Payment and invoice records are kept where accounting and tax law requires it. These are retained for the legally required period and are not used to contact you.
Where a child is enrolled in a class, we keep the minimum needed to complete or close that enrolment. Tell us in your request if you want the enrolment ended as well, and we will do both.
How long it takes
We confirm receipt within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will get an email or a message on the channel you wrote from once it is done.
If we cannot identify you from the details given, we will write back and ask — rather than delete the wrong person's records.
Disconnecting Facebook and Instagram
To stop Minhaj Kids receiving anything further from Meta, remove our access in Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, or in Instagram Settings → Website Permissions. Removing access stops new data reaching us; it does not delete what we already hold, so send the request above as well if that is what you want.
