We are looking for a dedicated Student Support Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our families. You will handle enrolment queries, help new students settle in, and work closely with teachers to ensure every child has the best possible learning experience.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to parent enquiries via email and WhatsApp within 24 hours
- Onboard new students and guide families through the platform
- Coordinate with teachers to resolve scheduling and progress issues
- Maintain accurate student records and follow up on trial class conversions
- Identify patterns in feedback and suggest improvements to the team
